Last week was a good week of writing. I wrote only on TZC:6 and feel I am back in the groove with it and should finish it next month. My goal is to write 3500 words a week on it or 500 a day, which seems low and achievable. Now that I have the major plot points ironed out to my satisfaction (at least until I over think them and want to re-write again!) I am making progress again. As it stands, the book is at a little over 70 thousand words, between 60 and 70% done, if using my previous works as a bench mark. So if I'm mathing, it is easy to say, that I need 30,000 words to get finished, which is a about 9 weeks at my 3500/week goal. Which is February, not January. However, 3500 is a minimum goal and it doesn't carry over week to week, so if I write 10,500 in one week I don't stop typing for three weeks as I've 'made my goal', the slate gets reset every Saturday morning.
I have four other stories that I am chomping at the bit to continue writing on too, so perhaps 2019 will be the year of getting a lot of things finished? I hope that is the case, I really do like finishing things, despite my slow progress of the last year.
I have posted new chapters to TZC:6, check them out if you're in need of a fix, they are, as usual, not well edited, so buyer beware! They start here with Chapter 31.
